I am a self-taught painter/artist and am happiest with a brush in my hand. The creative process is a vital part of my being. Oil color and other mixed forms of media such as mosaic, paper, glass and metal enable me to express my ideas more fully. Inspiration comes to me largely through my love of ancient literature, art, poetry, and philosophy. It is my hope that my work will enable the viewer to contemplate and expand within themselves, gaining a greater appreciation of the beauty to be found in this Life.
