How to Safely Pack and Ship Artwork

 

Domestic Shipments

For expert help with shipping original artwork within the United States, please take your piece to the nearest FedEx Authorized shipping facility. 

Vayerart Gallery will provide the free shipping label; however, artists are responsible for purchasing all necessary packing  materials. 

If you wish to pack your artwork yourself, you may do so. However, please check with FedEx on appropriate materials to use in order to avoid any problems with insurance claims if the artwork gets damaged during shipping.

International shipments

USPS would be the shipping courier for all international shipments.

The collectors will pay for international shipments and the artists will be provided with the free shipping label. Artists are responsible for purchasing all necessary packing materials. Please, check with USPS on appropriate materials to use in order to avoid any problems with insurance claims if the artwork gets damaged during shipping.

Return Policy

 

VayerArt Gallery is committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of  our customers when purchasing from our online store.   Our online store has enabled collectors to browse through an impeccable collection of art without leaving the comfort of their home or office.

 

To meet our customer expectations we offer a (15) days return policy to for customers who would like a refund on the purchased work. You may return any eligible artwork (unless otherwise listed on the listing as a ‘Final Sale items’).  All returns are granted to customers once the art work is returned in its original condition with original packaging in new condition able for resell without reconditioning.

 

A refund for returned merchandise will take place within 3-7 business days after the returned merchandise is delivered according to the tracking info.  Contact our customer service to arrange a return. Should you have further questions about our return policy please contact our customer service.
