Tigran Hovhannisyan is Armenian fine artist who is best know for his realistic urban landscapes. Mr. Hovhannisyan was born and raised in Yerevan. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art from Fine Art Academy in Yerevan. He trained his eyes on form and architecture. His works illustrate the aged suburbs which unpretentiously coexist next to bold and modern architectures of our days. Tigran Hovannisyan captures this concisely in a deep view expressed with oil on canvas. The paintings are atmospheric with urban streets seemingly drenched in light and nostalgia.
